Hotel Policies

House Rules

• Standard check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• All staying guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in.
• IsBar follows local liquor regulations. Alcohol service is restricted to individuals of legal age.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Booking & Cancellation

• Advance payment may be required to secure room bookings during weekends or peak holiday seasons.
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in time will receive a full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in time are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the first night room rate.

Private Celebration Events

• A date-blocking security deposit is required for private venue hire, which will be adjusted in the final bill.
• External cake or decor vendors are permitted only with prior approval from our outlet managers.
• Local sound and volume guidelines must be strictly adhered to during evening terrace events.
